At Pamela Love, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Upon approval, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original packaging and secure it inside a shipping box to ensure it arrives safely at our studio.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
